Inclusive growth for the community is the driving force of CDOT. CDOT has been very focused to work for the development of unreached in effective and sustainable way. CDOT is a self-sustainable organization working in 8 states of India. CDOT mainly work in areas like Micro Credit, Financial Inclusion, Solar, Sanitation, Livelihood, Agriculture Development and skill training.

The purpose is to deliver the best developmental services in most professional and organized manner. CDOT is a Society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. We are ISO: 9001:2015 certified and registered under 12A of IT Act and FCRA under Ministry of Home Affairs.
Mr. R.R. Kalyan, has done Masters in Rural Development from XISS, has more than 25 years of experience in the field of development. His main areas of work are micro finance, rural innovation, rural financing, managing and building institutions. He has served many prestigious institutions in India. He has been one of the front faces of micro finance in Bihar. His work apart from finance has been banking, water and sanitation and training. He has designed many training programmes across different sectors. He has been widely exposed to many institutions and universities across India and abroad. He has been an innovator in setting the institutions, which is now serving 5.1 millions customers across India.
Mr. Amarendra Kumar, M COM, MBA, LLB, CAIIB, Retired as Dy. General Manager from Bank of India in 2018 after having put in 38 years of qualitative service to Rural, Semi Urban, Urban & Metropolitan branches of Bihar, Maharashtra, Odisha, also heading Bank's Staff Training College at Kolkata as Principal besides International exposure of 4 years at Bank's London branch. He has achieved laurels for taking his branches to top position pan India with his unique leadership capabilities. His exposures to International and domestic Credit, SME and foreign exchange portfolio added dimensions to his administrative acumen. He proved to be a wizard of H R and possesses the right type of strategies as Trump card which fits him in any of the situations placed in. He has played an important role in implementation of Micro finance, financial inclusion, SHGs schemes in Bihar during the last leg of his career.
Ms. Priya Mishra, M.B.A from Amity University in H.R, having more than 5 years of experience in HR profile and specialist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, placing employees and also in handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and trainings.
Ms. Shubhra Shekhar, CA Inter & MCOM, is having more than 4 years of experience in Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, Graduate started his career in microfinance. He has over 10 years of experience in micro finance and overall monitor the microfinance portfolio. He has done lot of work in enterprise financing, financing through Business correspondence centers. He has been instrumental in developing sanitation financing in Bihar and has financed over 5000 families for sanitation.
Mr. Anshu Kumar, MBA Marketing from Bundelkhand University, started his career in CDOT some 5 years back has worked with MIS and hardware maintenance. He has worked in DDUGKY and PMJJY. Currently he is heading 10 centers of computer skilling for rural and urban youth under Bihar Skill Development Mission. He has been instrumental in training over 10000 youth in computer skill.
Mr. Nadeem Eqbal is an engineer having more than 6 years of working experience in the field of Information Technology and project management. He has been instrumental in developing software for financial inclusion. He has worked with different companies and has a track record of managing different types of projects & team. Presently look after the technology requirement and developing software. He also looks after the operation of financial inclusion work and report to management.
Mr. Prem Prakash, B.A, having more than 15 Years of experience in Micro Finance and Financial Inclusion projects. He is working in financial inclusion area since the concept came to India and different banks started working on it. He has experience on total evolution of financial inclusion in India. His major role is liaison with banks overseeing the operation. He looks after 5 states and over 1500 BC centers.
Mr. Rajan Mishra, a graduate working since last 4 years in CDOT. He mainly works with banks offices and managing field operation and resolving day to day issues with banks. He is self developed person on technology platform. His main role is managing the field operation and liaison with bank head office and ROs. He presently looks after overall operation of 800 BC centers and their coordination.
Mr. Mazhar Musarrat, is B.A. LLB and working since last 5 years with CDOT. He has been pioneering in developing system on excel to monitor the BC agent network. He works on multiple software system of Banks and develop data for daily and monthly monitoring. His area main area of operation is data analysis, developing invoices and reporting to management.
Ms. Amrita Pritam, B.A, started her career from CDOT and is working since last 12 years in MIS of microfinance. She has been heading the MIS of CDOT for many years. She also looks after the MIS of sanitation finance. She has been instrumental in preparing reports and data analysis of CDOT. She works on many technology platforms bringing efficiency to the operation.
