Job Description

CDOT is looking for a Health Supervisor (HS), who will supervise and mentor Community Health Workers (CHWs) to deliver integrated health and livelihood services. The role includes implementation of RMNCAH, NCDs, and community development activities, while strengthening referral systems, capacity-building, and data-driven planning at the grassroots level.

Roles and Responsibilities

The draft roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support CHW recruitment, area mapping, and deployment
  • Conduct trainings, supervise CHW outreach and performance
  • Monitor program delivery, documentation, and protocol adherence
  • Guide CHWs on RMNCAH, NCDs, hygiene, and family planning
  • Coordinate with PHCs/CHCs/FLWs to strengthen community health services and referrals
  • Support data collection, reporting, and M&E processes
  • Facilitate CHW involvement in livelihood and micro-enterprise initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate have degree/Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work, or related fields
  • Prior (3-4 Years) experience in RMNCAH or community health programs desirable
  • Familiarity with local health systems and community engagement
  • Willing to travel extensively in rural areas
  • Must have a smartphone and valid two-wheeler license

Job Position: Manager Operations – Recovery

Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Description

CDOT is looking for the Manager – Operations (NPA & Loan Recovery) who will be responsible for managing recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs), driving recovery strategies as per the assigned targets by banks via the use of BCA channels, building recovery portfolio of the collections, streamlining the loan recovery assignment using LMS software, setting and achieving district wise monthly targets, and building comprehensive relations with the bank officials to ensure smooth invoicing process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to optimize loan recovery performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Recovery Operations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies.
  • Lead segmentation-based recovery planning.
  • Set up and optimize field and digital recovery teams and processes.
Team Management
  • Build and train on-ground and backend recovery workforce.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs such as Collection Efficiency and Recovery Rate.
  • Drive productivity and morale while ensuring zero tolerance for unethical recovery practices.
Technology & Automation
  • Leverage technology platforms for real-time tracking of delinquent accounts, agent performance, and automated reminders.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, fair practices code, and customer protection norms during recovery efforts.
  • Investigate and address complaints or escalations related to recovery agents or processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of NPA management and loan recovery processes.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and recovery laws.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in banking/NBFC collections, NPA management, or loan recovery.
  • Experience handling secured/unsecured loan portfolios.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Recovery percentage and cash collection targets.
  • Reduction in NPA levels.
  • Legal case resolution timelines.
  • Portfolio quality improvement.
