Company: Centre for Development Orientation and Training (CDOT), Patna, Bihar

Job Position: Field Officer – Financial Inclusion

Location: Vadodara / Ahmedabad / Surat / Rajkot / Kheda (Gujarat) & Gorakhpur / Mau (Uttar Pradesh)

Experience: 3–5 years’ relevant experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified below.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with banks for the locations where BCs are required.
  • Relationship building with banks.
  • Accountability for BCA deployment and its proper functioning.
  • Training and coordination with BCs and ensuring the set target.
  • Responsible for support to BCAs on technical issues.
  • Documentation of BCA appointment, bank letter, current mandate details and any other documents.
  • Collection of security deposit and other payments as prescribed by CDOT.
  • Monitoring BCs on a daily basis and reporting progress to the Operations Manager / Head Office.
  • Performing any other responsibility assigned by the Head Office.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in the field.
  • Should have familiarity in lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in Hindi and English).
