CDOT is a self-sustainable organization working in 8 states of India. CDOT mainly work in areas like Micro Credit, Financial Inclusion, Solar, Sanitation, Livelihood, Agriculture Development and skill training.

Mr. R.R. Kalyan, has done Masters in Rural Development from XISS, has more than 25 years of experience in the field of development. His main areas of work are micro finance, rural innovation, rural financing, managing and building institutions. He has served many prestigious institutions in India. He has been one of the front faces of micro finance in Bihar. His work apart from finance has been banking, water and sanitation and training. He has designed many training programmes across different sectors. He has been widely exposed to many institutions and universities across India and abroad. He has been an innovator in setting the institutions, which is now serving 5.1 millions customers across India.
Mr. Sanjay Bharti holds a PGDRM degree from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) & a professional with entrepreneurial spirit. Sanjay has a successful track record of over two decades in successfully propelling corporates, social enterprises, and start-ups operating in domain of last mile distribution and financial inclusion, achieve multifold growth. Sanjay aspires to nurture the intersection of ‘last mile, fintech and social commerce’.He wants to achieve this by transforming existing VLE network from a mere point of transaction to a reliable ‘Point of Convenience’ embedded with digital architecture for appropriate customer ‘Education, Engagement and Experience’. Currently working as Chief Strategy Officer of C-Dot, Sanjay is strategizing and operationalizing new business opportunity in the field of financial inclusion, Rural Lending, Assisted e commerce, Health care and Clean Energy. Ashish Prakash holds a master degree in social work from Tata Institute of social sciences, Mumbai. He is accomplished and result driven professional with more than 7 years of experiences in social sector. He also possesses vast experience in project management and business development with sound knowledge of financial requirements and non-government organizations. Prior to CDOT, he was associated with Taru Leading Edge as DBT consultant in the department of finance, Government of Bihar where he was very instrumental in initiating the process of social registry platform for DBT Projects. Besides, he is also a qualified master trainer, facilitator and expert in intervention of community development programs. Now he works with CDOT as Director Operations and extends his support to the project management team in implementation of its programs across India.
Ravi Kant Bharti is Senior Liaison Officer in CDOT. He is an MSW graduate from TISS, Mumbai, Later, He worked in the area of Rural Development with Panchayati Raj Institutions and Jal Jeewan Hariyali Mission.He also serves as Mission Manager with Bihar Vikash Mission comes under the Cabinet secretariat department, Government of Bihar, where he worked to ensure the implementation of Seven Nishchay for developed Bihar and programs of governance in mission mode. He was instrumental in establishing effective public dialogue and receive public reactions and responses.He is a Social thinker and experienced professional with 9 years in the development sector. In CDOT, He ensures coordination with partners and business entities for the effective implementation of programs across the country.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, Graduate started his career in microfinance. He has over 10 years of experience in micro finance and overall monitor the microfinance portfolio. He has done lot of work in enterprise financing, financing through Business correspondence centers. He has been instrumental in developing sanitation financing in Bihar and has financed over 5000 families for sanitation.
Mr. Anshu Kumar, MBA Marketing from Bundelkhand University, started his career in CDOT some 5 years back has worked with MIS and hardware maintenance. He has worked in DDUGKY and PMJJY. Currently he is heading 10 centers of computer skilling for rural and urban youth under Bihar Skill Development Mission. He has been instrumental in training over 10000 youth in computer skill.
Mr. ASHISH has done B.E from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum (KARNATAKA) in Information Science and Engineering (ISE) and has 4 years of working experience in software design and development industry. Previously he has worked with a lot of start ups and currently at CDOT he is heading the IT Department and he has been instrumental in developing and deploying various banking monitoring tools of CDOT.
Ms Prateeksha Sharma is Double M.A. from Patna Women's college, Patna University and IGNOU. She has 6 years plus experience in the development sector training the women teachers and school children of Bihar government on various teaching learning aspects. She has been part of training programs for East and west education society, Care India, UNICEF, Quest alliance and Bal Bhawan Bihar. She has also been a researcher and Documentation officer on projects of Gender Resource Centre Women Development Corporation, Bihar on women health and education of females in Bihar, Girl Child literacy project by Participatory research In Asia and ADRI. Currently at CDOT she is looking into various skill and training programs offered by CDOT.
