CDOT has holistic approach towards delivering the services. Our mission is to service low-income clients—especially women—and their families, providing them to financial and non-financial services, that are client focused, designed to enhance their well-being, and delivered in a manner that is ethical, dignified, transparent, equitable and cost effective. We believe that our clients and members deserve fair and efficient services. We provide these services to them in as convenient, participatory and timely manner as possible.
CDOT has believed in proper governance. We have a good team of experienced and professionally sound personnel. CDOT has separate departments for operations and each is led by the experienced persons and is technological equipped. The all the departments are under the guidance of the board. We have separate Internal Audit Team which audits monthly and generate reports. The Internal Audit Department performs a wide range of audit services including financial audits, compliance audits, operational audits, collection audits, branch audits and consulting services. We also have a functional HR department; which is charged with accomplishing strategies and policies related to the management of individuals and also formulate and implement the manuals and policies. There is a Grievance Redressal Committee which look over all the complains.
CDOT operates through manuals and policies. Our MIS department has functional completeness and integration for operation. This handles the Accounting Packages, Portfolio tracking, Deposit Monitoring and Customer Information Systems. On the basis of these MIS generates Monthly Progress Report.
